BM_Tec automatic lye system with settling device:
The lye system is designed to be operated by two people, allowing both operators to cut the pretzels simultaneously.
The lye system, which is loaded in the conventional way using cloths and Velcro fasteners, is equipped with an additional belt section at the outlet, on which the pretzels can be cut in continuous operation. The settling device is integrated into this belt and deposits the pretzels onto baking trays.
